At Blehfav Hair, we are committed to providing you with premium, raw human hair that reflects your beauty and confidence. Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect length or texture ordered by the customer

  • Unwanted items once the package is opened

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.


🧾 Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition & packaging

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days).
